We were delighted to attend the 2018 LOOK THE BUSINESS event at the RDS yesterday evening (#LTB18), Tuesday 23rd October. An event that saw over 1,400 business women (and men) enjoy an evening full of fashion, beauty, and inspiration.

This glamorous evening saw speakers such as Dame Helena Morrissey, Founder of 30% club, speak about her incredible career, and how she combines it with being a mother of nine.
The inspirational Anne O’Leary, CEO of Vodafone Ireland, shared with the attendees that an amazing 63% of execs in Vodafone Ireland are women and the fact that they have achieved a 50:50 in management is something she is very proud of.

The event was moderated by Dr Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin (Academic & Broadcaster) and was, as always, superbly organised, with the range of designers featured in the fashion show proving to be a huge hit. There were also a number of exquisite prizes on offer during the night.

A large number of representatives from the Irish legal and financial services industry was present, together with retail, hospitality and professional services.
Present from The Panel was Anne Keys (Managing Partner), Sarah Kelly (Partner, Legal & HR), Louise O’Leary (Senior Recruitment Manager, Banking & Treasury), Louise Thornton (Recruitment Consultant, IT & Business Change), Ildiko Kiss (Senior Resourcer, IT & Business Change), Clare O’Donoghue (Senior Recruitment Consultant, Banking & Treasury), and Evan Farren (Recruitment Consultant, HR & Legal).
